Alan Spivak is a Cincinnati native who has dedicated his legal practice to helping the injured. He has firsthand experience with the devastation a serious car accident can bring, and brings his passion for helping others to the firm every single day.

Education & Early Experience

Alan earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the nationally-recognized criminal justice program at the University of Cincinnati. He then went on to attend and graduate from Chase College of Law. While in law school, Alan worked at the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor’s Office and the U.S. Department of Labor-Administrative Law Judge’s Office. He also worked to help low-income clients who were unable to afford an attorney in the face of criminal prosecution.
